RCO催化燃烧技术

催化燃烧基本原理:


有机废气催化净化装置是我公司积累了多年的研究,实践经验,在取得出色成果的基础上,不断完善而形成的系列有机废气催化净化装置。
应用范围
1、可用于有机溶剂的净化处理(苯类、醇类、酮类、酯类、酚类、醚类、烷类等混合有机废气)。
2、适用于电线、电缆、漆包线、机械、电机、化工、仪表、汽车、自行车、摩托车、发动机、磁带、塑料、家用电器等行业的有机废气净化。
3、可用于各种中高浓度挥发性有机气体、烘道、印铁制罐、表面喷漆、印刷油墨、电机绝缘处理、皮鞋粘胶等烘干流水线,净化各工序产生的有机废气。
本装置的特点:
1、用优质金属钯、铂镀在蜂窝陶瓷载体上作催化剂、净利效率高达95—100%,寿命长,且可再生,气体流畅,阻力小。
2、安全设施完备:有阻火除尘器、泄压孔、超温报警等保护设施。
3、耗用功率:预热15~35分钟全功率加热,工作时只消耗风机功率即可。废气浓度较低时,自动间歇补偿加热。
4、余热回收利用:余热可以返回烘道用来烘干工作,降低原烘道中消耗功率;也可供工厂其它方面热能回用(作为浴室、散热器等热源)。
5、可以选择电加热和天然气加热等多种加热方式。
6、本装置可用于吸附饱和的活性炭脱附再生。
选型公式:
1.确保有机废气不外逸的最小风量VA
VA=K·3600·f·V0(m3/h)
V0=气体不外逸的最小吸入速度0.5~0.7m/s
f——设备的敞口面积之和(m2)
k——安全系数1.05~1.10
确保溶剂的挥发浓度小于1/4混合气体爆炸下限时安全浓度VB
每班有机溶剂消耗量(g)
VB= 混合气体的安全浓度(g/m3)×每班实际工作时间(h)
综合:VA、VB计算结果来确定设备的型号,这样更可靠、更安全。

The selection formula:
