酸洗塔

设计考虑因素:
1.逆流式洗涤塔本体
A 耐真空:-300mmAq
B 耐压:+250mmAq
C 本体结构设计符合完整的基础支撑,顶端强度至少能支撑一个人的重量
D 人孔、视窗、喷雾系统及内部的支撑设计均应考虑所承受之压力及抗腐蚀性
2.洗涤塔如空与出口流速设计:
洗涤塔废气入口与出口流速设计必须防止气流产生空蚀现象。如果设计不良,空气流与洗涤液产生分道通过,将会大大降低洗涤塔的洗涤效率,入口设计流速必须考虑废气进入洗涤塔的气流能很均匀的分布于整个填充层的断面积
3.循环水槽:
洗涤塔最底层连接一循环水槽,提供洗涤塔有2-5分钟之循环水量,设计上注重于经济性,操作维修方便性与耐腐蚀性
4.洗涤及分布系统:
A 洗涤液可循环使用,亦可设计为批次操作或连续式自动操作,需要时补充少量新鲜之洗涤塔,以便在吸收污染物否尚能维持其效率
B 洗涤液分布设计中采用低压较大水量之喷嘴,发挥最大之均匀流率,达到最高之洗涤效率

1.确定废气污染源之成分、温度与湿度

Design considerations:

2. design of washing tower such as empty and outlet flow rate:
The design of inlet and outlet flow rate of waste gas from washing tower must prevent cavitation. If the design is poor, the air flow and the washing liquid are separated, the washing efficiency of the washing tower will be greatly reduced
3. circulating water tank:
The bottom layer of the washing tower is connected with a circulating water tank to provide the circulating water quantity of the washing tower for 2 - 5 minutes
4. washing and distribution system:
A the washing liquid can be recycled or designed for batch operation or continuous automatic operation, with a small amount of fresh washing tower added as needed to maintain its efficiency when absorbing pollutants
B in the design of washing liquid distribution, a nozzle with a large amount of water at low pressure is used to exert the maximum uniform flow rate and achieve the highest washing efficiency
